The Voliotis sinkhole is located in Koziakas mountain at an altitude of 1750 meters. It has been formed in limestones by the chemical dissolution of soluble carbonate rocks due to water circulation. It has a depth of 93 meters.
It has no decoration, while at the bottom it houses a small quantity of ice. It presents a large entrance, with dimensions of 16×7 meters, while also hosting a large colony of birds that have found shelter within it.
