Folk Museum of Pefki

The Folklore Museum is the creation of Theodoros Theodoros of Stergios.The Museum has a number of exhibits such as traditional textiles, a loom, a bed, cooking utensils, tools of traditional trades and many more.

It is a museum made with respect, inspiration, love and passion that brings to life the tradition, the way of life, the work and entertainment of the ancestors and the life of the inhabitants of Pefki in general.

As Mr. Theodoros Theodorou stressed, the collection of exhibits began in 1964 and since 2000 he has been working on the creation of the Pefki Folklore Museum. 80% of the objects were bought by himself and the rest were donated by the residents of the village.

The Museum is a jewel for the village of Kalambaka and is open to visitors.
