Folk Museum of Achladea

The Folk Museum of Achladea is housed in the building of the cultural association of the homonymous village. The operation and maintenance of the Museum has been undertaken exclusively by Kostas Sgouralis, who is the founder of the Museum. The space hosts the following sections: Section of objects and documents of historical importance, agricultural and livestock objects, primary school, objects of cottage industry, various objects of non-domestic use, photographs of families, houses and events, photographs of the flora of the prefecture, objects of the last 50 years and recording of folklore and historical material, on magnetic tapes, video tapes – dvds and handwritten. All the above items are arranged in the appropriate order so that the visitor can better understand the use of each item.
