The company Authentiko Trikala was founded in 2003 by Apostolos Skabardonis, in Filyra Trikala, in the shadow of Koziacas, the ancient Mount Kerketios, in continuation of the family pig farm. The company uses local meats, oregano from Mount Koziaka, leeks and onions from the region. The products have been highly appreciated by consumers and today they travel all over Greece as well as in European countries, bringing us to a leading position in the sausage market.
