“Our land brings forth flavor and tradition”
A local product exhibition featuring goods produced within the Meteora – Pyli Geopark will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, 23 April 2025, on the initiative of the Municipalities of Meteora and Pyli, as part of the celebrations for International Mother Earth Day (22 April).
The event will take place at the central square of Kastraki, Kalampaka, showcasing products from local businesses operating within the boundaries of the Geopark. The goal is to offer residents and visitors the opportunity to taste the fruits of the land and connect with local culinary heritage and tradition.
The exhibition will run from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the following businesses will participate with their products:
- Feta Meteora (dairy products)
- Nektar Meteoron (honey)
- Pergantis Cellar (distilled spirits)
- Athamania Fish Farm (trout)
- Tsardakas Winery (wine)
- Angelos Patsiantzis (wood carvings)
- Paleokarya Watermills (traditional bobota corn bread)
