In the enchanting Pertouli, Panagiotis Karamboulas and his family have created a special gastronomic destination worthy of the beauty and reputation of the region.

Large and bright rooms lined with stone and wood, comfortable sofas around the fireplace, rustic flokates on the floor and a breathtaking view of the dense fir forests and the surrounding peaks, await the guests at Panagiotis Tavern.

The cuisine is Greek, based on authentic local recipes and mixed cultural flavors, with the main elements being fine meats and cheeses from local producers. They are pleasantly combined with local, draught and bottled wines from the vineyards of Trikala.

Apart from the excellent roasts of the hour, try Panagiotis’ veal with vegetables and melted cheese in clay, wild boar in wine with plums, braised venison with raisins and lamb in the pot, accompanied by Panagiotis’ unique salad.
